  • Sustainability Management Team traveled to Mondul Kiri to deliver debt management training to clients

    From May 28th to May 31st, 2024, the Sustainability Management Team traveled to Mondul Kiri to deliver debt management training to clients, enhancing their financial literacy and improving their debt management efficiency. Additionally, participants gained insights into environmental and social issues, encouraging them to actively participate in environmental protection and to prioritize education by supporting their children's pursuit of the highest levels of education. The training is not only provided to LOLC clients, but also to the public. As a result, there were a total of 82 participants, including 59 women participants in 7 villages as shown below. 1. Pu Traeng Village, Dak Dam Commune, Ou Reang District, Mondul Kiri Province. 2. Pu Lung Village, Romonea Commune, Saen Monourom District, Mondul Kiri Province 3. Lauka Village, Sokh Dom Commune, Saen Monourom District, Mondul Kiri Province. 4. Pu Tang Village, Romonea Commune, Saen Monourom District, Mondul Kiri Province. 5.   • Federation of Association for Small and Medium Enterprises of Cambodia (FASMEC):

    LOLC Cambodia supported FASMEC in building a successful business activity related to financial education awareness for the project’s beneficiaries on “How to Get the Right Financial Services”.
  • The COVID-19 Crisis Supporting

    To help the Cambodia Government in fighting COVID-19 in 2020, LOLC donated KHR 40 million to the National Committee for COVID-19 disease control. LOLC also provided some foodstuffs such as rice, canned fish, instant noodles and soap to 790 families whose income had been seriously affected by COVID-19. In addition, LOLC also contributed US$ 100,000 to the government for the COVID-19 vaccine.
  • 09th Cambodia Book Fair 2022

    LOLC Cambodia supported The Cambodia Book Fair 2022 in organizing the event with the topic of “A Day Reading, A Day More of Understanding” to promote reading, writing, and the publishing industry in Cambodia.
  • Community Events

    These reflect LOLC Cambodia’s contributions to society operated by each branch. Activities include road maintenance, bench installation in public spaces, school activities, tree planting, book donations to libraries, well construction, public space cleanup and more.
  • Anti-drug leaflets

    LOLC Cambodia handed out 80,000 leaflets on drug issues and other promotional materials to the General Secretariat of the National Authority for Combating Drugs in order to disseminate information on drug issues to the public, through the National Drug Control Committee, and Ministry Members of the National Authority for Combating Drugs.
  • Donation to Khleang Leu Children Organization in Preah Sihanouk province

    On December 25th, 2022, LOLC Cambodia contributed appliances, foodstuff, and stationery, to Khleang Leu Children Organization, located in Sangkat 2, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk province. Founded in 2013, the organization has helped a great number of children with such training courses as Khmer, English, dance, health education and nutrition.
  • Cambodian Red Cross

    LOLC contributes to the Cambodian Red Cross every year as a social contribution to the active charity work being done on-site. In 2021, LOLC donated funds once again to support charity activities.
  • Child Nutrition Campaign

    LOLC contributed funds to the Royal Academy of Cambodia for its “Fresh Milk Nutrition Program.” The program distributed fresh milk to the children of various orphanages through organizations including the Cambodian Children's Fund Organization, Sacrifice and Orphanage Development Association, Orphanage Support Organization, KKEV Cambodia Organization, an Orphanage in Kampong Speu and National Borey for children
  • Anti-Drug Leaflet

    LOLC (Cambodia) Plc. sponsored 100,000 anti-drug leaflets this year. LOLC continued to sponsor and deliver them to Mr. Lim Tong Hout, the director of the Department of Legislation, Education and Rehabilitation of the general secretariat of the National Authority for Combating Drugs. LOLC hopes this leaflet will contribute to preventing trafficking and drug use.
  • Donations to Customers and People Affected by Floods

    LOLC has a vision of helping people live with dignity, safety, social connection, economic stability and justice. This year, LOLC branches donated necessary food to three provinces including Batambang, Banteay Meanchey and Pursat to support people who were negatively impacted by flooding.
  • Red Cross Cambodia

    LOLC Cambodia pledged an annual donation to the Cambodian Red Cross for its humanitarian activities in society on the 159th Anniversary of the World Red Cross and Red Crescent Day, themed “Together with the Cambodian Red Cross to solve challenges and continue to strengthen community resilience.”
