Project Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Execution:
    • Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Identify and address potential risks and issues, escalating to the project manager as needed.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
  • Resource Management:
    • Assist in the allocation and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
    • Track resource utilization and availability, ensuring efficient use of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate regular communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on project status, progress, and any issues or changes.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communication materials as required.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
    • Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and lessons learned.
  • Project Closure:
    • Assist in the formal closure of projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to document successes, challenges, and recommendations for future projects.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
