following position:
Project Specialist
Main Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:
-
Assist in the development of project plans, including defining
project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, timelines, and
budgets.

Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring alignment with
project objectives and deadlines.
-
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team
members and stakeholders.

Project Execution:
-
Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, and
key performance indicators (KPIs).
-
Identify and address potential risks and issues, escalating to
the project manager as needed.
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation,
including meeting minutes, status reports, and change requests.
-
Resource Management:
-
Assist in the allocation and management of project resources,
including personnel, equipment, and materials.
-
Track resource utilization and availability, ensuring efficient
use of resources throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication:
-
Facilitate regular communication with project stakeholders,
providing updates on project status, progress, and any issues or
changes.

Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other
communication materials as required.
-
Quality Assurance:
-
Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and
standards to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed
expectations.

Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for
improvement and lessons learned.

Project Closure:
-
Assist in the formal closure of projects, ensuring all
deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.
-
Conduct post-project evaluations to document successes,
challenges, and recommendations for future projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or
a related field.
-
At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project
management, or a related role.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to
prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Detail-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
